Summer Camp 2013 Registration Form. Please download and complete a registration form for each child you are registering. You'll also need to fill out a Health Form (link below) for each child.

2013 Health Form. If you have not filled out a health form this year, please download this form and send it to us along with your registration form and payment.

Financial Assistance Form. Use this form to apply for financial assistance for all programs and camps. Financial Assistance applications for Summer Camp 2013 are due April 15.

Spring Vacation Scout Camps Registration Form. Use this form to register for the Spring Scout Camp in New Lebanon, NY, and/or New Marlborough, Mass.
